No, it is optional. You can get a price, book and track without an account. A free Kinza account adds the history of all your shipments, a notification and an email at every step, and live tracking in one place. Bookings you make from the calculator while signed in are added automatically.

Open the calculator and follow 5 short steps:

1. Choose air freight or sea freight.
2. Choose the destination country and city, and where we collect your goods in China.
3. Choose the type of goods and add your cartons: tap a box size (small, medium, large, sack) or type the quantity, weight and size.
4. Add options if you want them: cargo insurance, door delivery.
5. Enter your name and delivery address, then book on WhatsApp or send your request.

Your estimate shows the actual weight, the volume weight, the billed weight, the transit time and the total in FCFA or US dollars.

Air freight is priced per kilo of billed weight, which is the higher of:

• the actual weight of your cartons, and
• their volume weight: length × width × height in cm ÷ 6,000.

The billed weight is rounded up to the next half kilo, with a minimum of 1 kg. Example: a 40 × 30 × 30 cm carton weighing 4 kg has a volume weight of 6 kg, so you pay for 6 kg. Light but bulky goods are often cheaper by sea.

In groupage (a shared container, also called LCL) you pay per cubic metre (m³), only for the space your goods take. The calculator uses the higher of the real volume and 1 m³ per 1,000 kg, with a minimum of 0.5 m³. Example: 10 cartons of 50 × 40 × 40 cm make 0.8 m³.

Large volumes can go in a full 20-foot container (about 28 m³) or 40-foot container (about 58 m³). Full containers are quoted case by case: send us your volume on WhatsApp.

Included: transport from China to the destination city and customs clearance at destination.

Shown separately in the calculator when they apply: collection outside Yiwu, cargo insurance, door delivery and the vehicle fee for cars to Brazzaville.

Not included: import duties and taxes charged by the destination country.

It is an estimate based on what you enter. When your goods arrive at our warehouse in China, we measure and weigh them and confirm the final price before shipping. If your cartons match what you entered, the price stays the same.

Yes. Switch between FCFA and USD in your estimate at any time. Air freight rates are set per kilo in dollars and sea freight rates per m³ in FCFA; the calculator converts them for you.

Yes, by sea. Choose “Cars & vehicles” or “Motorcycles & tricycles” as your type of goods and pick the vehicle size. For cars delivered to Brazzaville, a vehicle fee of 500,000 FCFA per car is added; the calculator shows it in your total.

For a few routes (for example a city without a fixed air rate, or a full container) we quote case by case. Send the ready-made message on WhatsApp and we reply with your price.

At the end of the calculator, fill in step 05 “Your details”: your full name and delivery address (phone is optional). Then either tap Book this on WhatsApp, which opens WhatsApp with your full shipment summary ready to send, or tap Send my request and our team contacts you. Either way you receive your tracking code.

We need them to prepare your shipping documents and to deliver to the right person. They are only used for your shipment and are shared with us only when you press send.

Yes. Collection in Yiwu is free. We also collect in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Ningbo, Shanghai and other cities; the collection fee appears in the calculator when you choose the city. Your supplier can also deliver directly to our warehouse in Yiwu: the address is on our contact page.

Yes. We receive the parcels from all your suppliers, check the cartons and group them into one shipment, so you pay for one shipment instead of several.

Typical times from departure in China:

For France, Canada and the United States, we confirm the transit time with your quote. Times depend on flights, sailings and customs, and are estimates, not guarantees.

Choose air for urgent, light or high-value goods: phones, electronics, clothes, spare parts, samples. Choose sea for heavy or bulky goods and large orders: furniture, building materials, machinery, vehicles. The calculator shows both options so you can compare.

Your code is created as soon as you book from the calculator. It looks like kinza65001 and appears in your WhatsApp message and on screen after you send a request. Keep it: it is all you need to follow your shipment.

Go to the tracking page, type your code and tap Track. You see the current step, your destination, and when available the ship’s name, container number, bill of lading or air waybill, and estimated arrival date.

Yes, for sea freight. As soon as your container is loaded on a ship, the tracking page shows the ship’s live position on a map, with its speed and destination. The position refreshes automatically every few minutes, or tap Refresh. For air freight, follow the steps on the page: your goods arrive within days.

1. Request received: we have your booking.
2. Booking confirmed: our team has confirmed the details with you.
3. Goods received in our China warehouse: your cartons are with us, measured and weighed.
4. Departed China: the flight or ship has left.
5. In transit: on the way to your country.
6. Arrived at destination port / airport.
7. Customs clearance: we are clearing your goods.
8. Delivered: collected by you or delivered to your door.

Check the spelling: the code is “kinza” followed by 5 digits, with no spaces. If it is correct, send it to us on WhatsApp and we will check it for you.

By air: general goods (clothes, shoes, accessories), electronics without batteries, documents and samples.

By sea: general goods, textiles and fabric bales, furniture, building materials (tiles, sanitary ware, hardware), machinery and equipment, electronics and home appliances, solar panels and generators, non-perishable food and drinks, cosmetics and liquids, motorcycles, tricycles and cars.

Batteries, liquids, cosmetics and powders need our approval before shipping, because airlines and shipping lines have strict rules for them. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we tell you if and how they can travel. We do not ship illegal, counterfeit or dangerous goods.

We do. We prepare the shipping documents (packing list, invoice, bill of lading or air waybill) and handle customs clearance at destination, which is included in our price. Import duties and taxes set by your country are not included; ask us if you want an idea before you ship.

Yes. Tick “Cargo insurance” in the calculator and enter the value of your goods: the insurance cost is added to your estimate. It covers loss and damage in transit.
